The goal of EHT is to raise students' awareness of international law.
European Horizons is a student-led think tank founded at Yale in 2015, with the aim of promoting reflection and dialogue on the future of the European project, European integration, and the European Union (EU). To this end, EH has established a network of around 60 student chapters across Europe, the U.S.A., and Asia.
The mission of this global policy incubator is to raise awareness, spark debate, and bring European youth closer to the European project. Indeed, we recognize that Europe is currently navigating a decisive era, caught in global challenges. Thus, EH seeks to promote dialogue and exchange among European students on universities' campuses, and is committed to enabling all students interested in the future of Europe to express their opinions.
We decided to introduce EH in Bangor in order to give young people a voice in shaping the new issues the UK is facing. European Horizons Bangor conducts independent research through publications, through publications and fostering critical thinking.
A recent project was the creation of a transatlantic issue, Transatlantic Horizons, a result of cooperation between the EH chapters of the universities of Bangor, Amsterdam (EHA), Leiden (EHL), and University College London. In these uncertain times, TH serves as a space to reflect on the current political affairs, their dynamics, and as space to reimagine the future.
